STM offers a product lifetime warranty for bags, specifically any product that is sewn and designed to carry and hold multiple device types, to the original purchaser that our bags are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it without charge. STM reserves the right to repair or replace with the same or similar product that is current to our line.
For corporate and education institutional purchases we warrant our bags for two (2) years. Warranty replacements do not include embroidering or any other decorating of product. Shipping fees may apply to any warranty replacements.
STM’s warranty for cases is for a period of three years. Cases from STM are products that contain a molded plastic component designed for a specific form factor such as a tablet, smartphone, or laptop and are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by STM within the warranty period of three years, STM will repair or exchange the case with an equivalent product.
For corporate and education institutional purchases we warrant our cases for one (1) year. Warranty replacements do not include any decorating of product that may have been added at time of purchase. Shipping fees may apply to any warranty replacements.
STM warrants the repaired or replacement product provided against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days.
Phone Case Warranty
STM Phone Cases come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises, and a valid claim is received by STM within the warranty period of one year, STM will repair or exchange the Phone Case with an equivalent product. Replaced or repaired phone cases come with a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of replacement.

First Time Replacement Steps:
- Register: Share your name, email address, and shipping address.
- Proof of Purchase: Snap a picture of your receipt and upload it.
- Handling Fee: Pay a nominal fee of $9.95 (or $14.95 if not registered within 30 days of purchase).
Once done, sit back and relax! We will dispatch a brand new STM Goods Screen Protector to your doorstep, while you discard the damaged one at your convenience.
Second Time Replacement Steps:
- Log In: Visit our website and log into your account.
- Register for Replacement: Simply navigate to the ‘replacement’ section and initiate the process.
- Payment Info: Update your credit card details.
- Sit Back and Relax: We will ship the replacement unit to you right away.
- Return the Damaged Unit: Use the enclosed pre-paid shipping label to send back the damaged unit.
- Handling Fee: 30 days after your claim, a handling fee of $9.95 (or $14.95 if not registered within 30 days of purchase) will be charged to your card. If we don’t receive the damaged unit back, a fee of $49.95 will be levied.

Exclusions & Limitations
You may not qualify for warranty replacement or repair if your bag or case is affected by accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, animal attack, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
If the product is found to be defective, STM’s only obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the STM product. STM shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person. For any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
All warranty returns must be sent to STM at the purchaser’s expense with a copy of the purchase receipt from STM Goods or from an authorized third party reseller. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product.
The warranty for product used for a specific purpose may vary. If this is the case, details will be indicated on the product packaging. Promotion/branded products are not covered by this warranty.

The bag or case you purchased is only part of keeping your digital device safe from damage. Its not a substitute for improper care, abuse or accidents related to your STM product. Your STM product may mitigate damage to your device and its data if dropped but it will not prevent damage in all situations. Please ensure that you take all necessary steps to prevent loss of data and/or damage by proper care of your bag or case. We highly recommend a regular back up of your data.
